When should I start my Annual Multi Trip policy?

With Annual Multi Trip policies, cover for cancellation starts on the date entered as the start date of the insurance policy. If you have paid for any part of a trip, set the start date to today to ensure your cancellation cover begins right away. 

The 14 day cooling off period still applies which would allow you to cancel your policy if you decide you don’t want to keep it for any reason. This is subject to you having not travelled and no claims have been made.
