Can I extend my policy while I’m away?

If you find you want to stay where you are for longer than originally planned, please contact our customer service team to discuss the options available.

We must me contacted before the current policy expires and may not be able to assist if you already have a claim to make against the insurance. Any extension would also be consistent with the limits of the policy. So if you have already reached the maximum duration we’d offer, then we won’t be able to extend.
