How do I declare a pre-existing medical condition?

We ask you about your medical history in the sales journey. If you answer “yes” to any of the questions asked we will need to be told about the pre-existing medical condition which made you answer “yes”. You will be asked to confirm what condition you have been diagnosed with and then answer some questions regarding that condition.

If you have multiple medical conditions, you must tell us about all of the conditions which would require you to answer “yes” to our medical history questions.

At the end of this process, if we can provide cover, we will quote your travel insurance price including cover for the pre-exiting medical condition(s).
