Can I cancel my insurance at any time?

You can cancel your travel insurance policy at any time, but you can only get a full refund if you have not travelled or made a claim and you cancel within 14 days from the date you receive either

• The policy documentation at the start of your travel insurance. 
• The renewal policy documentation for subsequent periods of insurance.

If you need to cancel your policy outside the 14 day period from receiving your travel insurance documentation, a refund will only be considered in exceptional circumstances. An example of this would be not being able to travel any more due to ill health.
